We provide residential remodeling and construction services in Southwest Florida. Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in the written estimate, contract, or work order signed for each project, which governs in case of any difference with these general terms.
Communications
By providing us your phone number and email address, you agree that we may contact you about your project, appointments, and account. Communications related to an active project are part of our service.
SMS Terms
Program name: AR ECS Corp Project Notifications.
Description: When you opt in, AR Remodeling SWFL INC (AR ECS Corp) sends operational text messages about your project, including appointment reminders, schedule changes, crew arrival notices, task assignments, and project status updates. Employees and subcontractors may also receive work-related alerts and assignments.
Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing — in a signed service contract or work order, or verbally during project intake — to receive these messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on project activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further text messages, unless you opt in again.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at the address below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from communications or scheduling is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
